Frequently Asked Questions

Is the price I build here the final price?

It is the price of the spa and the options you selected. We confirm delivery and placement for your specific address when we come back to you, because access varies. There is no concrete pad, electrician or plumber to add.

Can I change the configuration later?

Before the order is placed, yes, freely. After that it depends how far along the build is, so tell us early if you change your mind. Most upgrades, including Ecozone and lighting, can also be fitted later.

What happens after I submit a configuration?

A person reads it and comes back with a written quote and any questions about your site. Nothing is ordered and no payment is taken from a configuration.

Which options are worth it and which are not?

Ask us and we will tell you straight, including when the answer is that you do not need one. The upgrades that change day-to-day ownership most are Ecozone and, on a jet-heavy model, the lighting and pump packages.
