What Happens Next
There are four steps and none of them involve a pressure call. One: you tell us the model you are interested in, your postal code, and roughly where the tub will go. Two: we come back with a written price, delivered, placed and running, with nothing left for you to arrange. If access looks tight from your photos we say so at this stage rather than on delivery morning.
Three: if you go ahead, we book a delivery date. Because there is no concrete pad to pour and cure and no electrician to schedule for the 110V route, that date is usually weeks earlier than it would be for a conventional spa. Four: on the day, the crew places and levels the tub, connects power, fills it, starts it up, sets your water balance and walks you through the controls before leaving. If you would rather see one before any of that, all three BC showrooms are walk-in. Bring a photo of your yard and we will tell you what fits.
Before You Ask
Yes, free, and no. You get a price for the model and options you are interested in, delivered and installed. If it is not right for you, that is the end of it. We do not run a follow-up call sequence you did not ask for.
Usually the same business day, and always within one business day. If you need it faster, call the showroom directly rather than using the form.
Your postal code, roughly where the tub will go, and the surface it will sit on. If access looks tight, a photo of the narrowest point on the route between the street and the spot saves everyone a wasted visit.
