How far up the Island do you deliver?

From Sooke and Victoria in the south through Langford, Sidney, Duncan, Nanaimo and Parksville, up to the Comox Valley and Campbell River. Our Nanaimo and Victoria showrooms cover the Island between them.

How long from order to soaking?

Usually the same day the spa arrives. There is no concrete pad to pour and cure and no electrician to schedule, which is what normally puts weeks between delivery and first use on a conventional tub.

Does the Island climate change what I should buy?

It changes what matters. Constant damp is hard on anything that absorbs water, which is why foam covers and wood frames age faster here than the brochure life suggests. Prioritise the cover and the shell over jet count.
