How we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

This policy explains how Eco Spa Canada ("we," "us") collects, uses, and protects your personal information when you visit ecospascanada.com or ecospavancouverisland.com, request a quote, or interact with our advertising. We handle personal information in accordance with the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and British Columbia's Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA).
Information you give us. When you request a quote or contact us — through a form on this website or a lead form on Facebook or Instagram — we collect what you provide: your name, email address, phone number, general location or service area, the models and options you're interested in, and any notes you add.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we use cookies and similar technologies to understand how visitors use our site and to measure our advertising. This includes device type, browser, pages viewed, and approximate location. See "Cookies & Analytics" below.
We use your information to respond to your quote request or inquiry — including calling, texting, or emailing you back — to prepare quotes, arrange delivery and service, and to improve our website and advertising. If you submit a quote request, we will contact you about that request. We only send ongoing marketing messages with your consent, and every commercial electronic message we send includes a way to unsubscribe, as required by Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL). You can reply STOP to any text message to stop receiving texts, or use the unsubscribe link in any email.
We use Google Analytics, Meta (Facebook) Pixel, and PostHog to understand site usage and measure the performance of our ads. These tools set cookies and may process data on servers outside Canada. You can limit or block cookies in your browser settings, adjust your ad preferences in your Facebook settings, or install Google's Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
We never sell your personal information. Quote requests are stored in our customer-management system, and we use trusted third-party service providers (such as our CRM, website hosting, and the analytics tools above) to operate our business. Some of these providers store data on servers located outside Canada, including the United States, where it may be subject to the laws of those jurisdictions. We share personal information only with these service providers, or when required by law.
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law. You may ask us to access or correct your personal information, withdraw your consent to marketing at any time, or ask us to delete your information. To do any of these, contact us using the details below and we'll respond promptly.
