Coquitlam & the Tri-Cities, BC

Built for the Tri-Cities
The Tri-Cities are one of Metro Vancouver's fastest-growing areas, and Burke Mountain and Westwood Plateau are full of newer homes with fresh decks and outdoor spaces that haven't been used to their potential yet. A hot tub is often the first thing that actually gets people outside year-round.
New builds in Coquitlam and Port Coquitlam tend to have standard outdoor outlets already. The 110V plug-and-play format means delivery day is soaking day: no electrician scheduling, no 220V panel upgrade. The tub arrives, the team places it, you fill it.
Port Moody's waterfront character and Anmore's larger acreage-style lots suit the full-size models well. The HDPE shell handles the mountain proximity and seasonal moisture without issue. And because it's non-porous, there's no bacteria harbouring in the shell surface even after months of heavy use.
Delivery Coverage
We deliver and place your hot tub in days, not weeks. No crane, no contractor, no concrete pad required. Our team handles everything. And because it's one self-contained unit, you can relocate it anytime, across your yard or to a new home.

Local Notes
The Tri-Cities sit against the mountains and a lot of Coquitlam housing is on hillside lots, which produces two recurring questions: can the tub get to the back of the property, and will the deck take it.
The access answer is usually yes with the right model and a measured route. The deck answer needs a real number rather than a guess, so every model page publishes its own: a filled E1 with people in it works out to about 89 lbs per square foot, a filled E6 to about 108. Most residential decks are designed for considerably less as a live load, so on a raised hillside deck get a structural opinion before ordering, not after. If the tub is going on grade, on gravel or pavers or an existing patio, none of this applies and no concrete pad is required.
Get a structural opinion, and give the engineer the occupied figure rather than the dry weight. Every model page publishes what that spa weighs filled with people in it, between roughly 89 and 108 lbs per square foot. Dry weight badly understates the load.
Often, yes. Measure the narrowest point on the route, remembering that spas travel on edge so the clearance you need is roughly the tub's height. Send us the photo and we will tell you which models fit before anything is ordered.
Abbotsford serves the whole Lower Mainland including the Tri-Cities, and the full range is on the floor. It is an easy drive and it settles the size question quickly.
