Campbell River, BC
Built for north island winters and the outdoor lifestyle. HDPE hot tubs engineered for durability, built to handle the cold, and running within a day or two they arrive.
Built for the North Island
Campbell River is the salmon capital of the world for a reason. The fishing, the trails, the kayaking -- this is an outdoor lifestyle community. When the day on the water wraps up and the gear is stowed, there's nothing better than dropping into a hot tub.
Campbell River's winters are real. Colder and wetter than southern Vancouver Island. Traditional acrylic shells crack under freeze-thaw cycles. Foam covers absorb moisture and lose their insulation value after a few seasons. Eco Spa's HDPE shell doesn't crack. The lifetime hard cover doesn't absorb anything. This tub is built for exactly this climate.
And as the north island keeps growing, more properties are getting the outdoor space to justify a full-size tub. No electrician, no contractor -- just plug it in and go.

Local Notes
Campbell River is the furthest north we deliver on the Island, and the practical consequence is that you want a spa that will not need a service visit for anything trivial. Distance turns a minor fault into a scheduling problem, so simplicity is worth more here than features are.
That is an argument for fewer failure points rather than more. A one-piece HDPE shell has no seams to split, no fibreglass backing to delaminate and no wood frame to rot. A rigid cover has no foam core to waterlog and no replacement cycle. And most of what people diagnose as a fault turns out to be a clogged filter, a low water level or air trapped in the plumbing, all three of which we can walk you through on the phone rather than driving up.
Both, and we would rather solve things on the phone where we can. Most reported faults turn out to be a filter, a water level or trapped air. For anything real, tell us and we will sort out the visit.
Fewer things that can fail. The shell, the cover and the sanitation system are what determine how often anyone needs to come out. Jet count does not. That points at Ecozone and away from spending the budget on the most complicated pump configuration you can afford.
Nanaimo has the most models on the floor and it is worth seeing several sizes together once. If that is not practical, send photos of your yard and we will size it with you remotely and be honest if a smaller model suits you better.
