Hot Tubs for Sale in Colwood

HDPE hot tubs built for the West Shore's newer decks and growing subdivisions. Lifetime warranty, plug-and-play setup, no electrician required.

Built for Colwood

Built for the West Shore's New Builds

Colwood has grown fast. Royal Bay alone has added thousands of new homes on what used to be open land above the water, and most of them come with a deck instead of the big rambling yard you'd find on an older south Island lot.

A hot tub that needs a poured concrete pad is a hard sell on a newer Colwood lot where the landscaping is still going in and every square foot of yard is already spoken for. Ours sits on the deck or patio you already have, rated for the load, no contractor required.

Between Royal Roads, Latoria, and the older Hatley Park side of town, Colwood covers everything from established character homes to brand new construction. Either way, the 110V plug-and-play setup means you're not waiting on an electrician's schedule before you can use it.

Local Notes

Buying in Colwood

Colwood is one of the fastest-growing municipalities on the south Island, and Royal Bay is the clearest example: a master-planned waterfront community that's added thousands of homes in a stretch of years. New construction usually means a finished deck rather than an open yard, and landscaping budgets that don't have room left over for a concrete pad and an electrician on top of everything else on a new-build punch list.

The older side of Colwood, around Hatley Park and Royal Roads, has more mature lots and bigger trees, closer to what you'd find in Saanich or Oak Bay. Either way, an Eco Spa goes on the deck or patio you already have. No excavation, no cure time, and nothing that competes with a landscaping budget that's already stretched thin on a new build.

Colwood Questions

My Royal Bay lot has a fairly small deck, will a hot tub actually fit?

Likely yes. The compact E1 and E2 models are sized for smaller decks and still carry the same lifetime shell and cover warranty as the bigger models. We'll ask for your deck dimensions before you order to confirm the fit.

Does a new-build strata in Colwood allow a hot tub on the deck?

Many do, since the load spreads across the deck surface within its rating and there's no permanent structure involved. Check your specific strata bylaws, but physically the hard cover and shell sit no differently than an oversized planter.

The driveways in some newer Colwood subdivisions are narrow, is that an access problem?

It can be if we don't know about it ahead of time. Spas travel on edge on a dolly, so we ask for the narrowest point on your route, gate posts included, before delivery day so there are no surprises.
