Lower Mainland, BC
HDPE hot tubs for Lynn Valley, Deep Cove, and the North Shore. Lifetime warranty, delivered and running fast, no electrician or concrete pad.
Built for North Vancouver
North Vancouver sits right up against the mountains, and that proximity means more rain and more sloped lots than almost anywhere else in the Lower Mainland. A lot of homes here are built on a grade, with decks stepped down the hillside rather than a flat backyard.
None of that is a problem for a one-piece HDPE base. It sits on a deck, a paved patio, or a levelled section of yard without a poured pad, so a sloped Lynn Valley or Upper Lonsdale lot works the same as a flat one, as long as there is one level spot.
Between the trail access near Deep Cove, the density around Lower Lonsdale, and the mix of older character homes and new builds through Central Lonsdale, North Van buyers are usually fitting a hot tub into an already-built yard rather than planning one from scratch. Plug-and-play 110V is what makes that possible without a renovation.
Delivery Coverage

Local Notes
North Shore lots are more likely than most to sit on a slope, with a deck built to step down toward a view rather than a flat rectangle of yard. That changes where the tub goes more than it changes what kind of tub works. As long as there is one level section, whether on the existing deck or a paver patio below it, the one-piece base handles the rest without a poured pad.
The other North Van factor is rain. This side of the inlet sees noticeably more of it than Vancouver proper, given how close the mountains sit. The HDPE shell does not absorb moisture the way a porous material would, and the R-40 hard cover keeps water and debris out between uses, so wet weather is not something you need to manage around the tub itself.
In most cases, yes, as long as there is one level section rated for the weight. Send us photos of the deck and its framing and we will confirm before you order.
No. The HDPE shell does not absorb moisture, and the hard cover keeps rain and debris out of the water between uses, so the wetter climate here does not change how the tub performs.
We deliver and place it typically within a couple of weeks, from our Abbotsford showroom, and most tubs are usually running within a day or two of delivery once they are filled and up to temperature.
