Lower Mainland, BC
HDPE hot tubs sized for Port Moody and Port Coquitlam lots, from a townhome patio to a family backyard. Lifetime warranty, no concrete pad.
Built for Port Moody and Port Coquitlam
Port Moody and Port Coquitlam pack a lot of lifestyle into smaller lots than you'll find further out the valley. Port Moody's Shoreline Trail and Rocky Point waterfront, PoCo's Traboulay trail along the Coquitlam River, both towns are built around getting outside, but the actual yard or patio a hot tub has to fit onto is often modest.
That's where the compact end of the lineup earns its place. The E1 and E2 fit a smaller deck or patio without needing a concrete pad or an electrician, since the whole shell is a one-piece HDPE build that just needs a level surface and a standard 110V outlet. No crane, no contractor crew tearing up a small yard to get it in.
For a townhome or strata patio, that also means less to coordinate: no permit-triggering excavation, no hardwiring required to start, and a shell that won't crack or fade sitting exposed on a deck through a wet Tri-Cities winter.

Local Notes
If you're on a townhome or strata patio in Port Moody or Port Coquitlam, check your strata bylaws before ordering, since some buildings restrict what goes on a shared or limited common patio. Beyond that, the practical part is easy: no concrete pad and no electrician means the spa can go on an existing deck or patio without a permit-triggering renovation.
For a standard PoCo or Port Moody backyard, the E1 through E3 tend to be the right size range, small enough to leave room for the rest of the yard while still fitting the whole family. Every model runs on 110V out of the box, so a weekend install doesn't turn into a week of waiting on an electrician.
Often yes, but check your strata bylaws first since some buildings restrict patio additions. The spa itself needs no concrete pad and no electrician, so once you have approval, installation is straightforward on an existing patio or deck within its rating.
The E1 seats 2 to 4 with 12 jets and is the most compact option, built for exactly this kind of smaller PoCo or Port Moody yard or patio. It starts from $11,999 and runs on a standard 110V outlet.
