On the bluff, the main thing to check is access, since some streets down toward the waterfront are steep or narrow, and the crew needs a clear path roughly as wide as the tub standing on edge. Further back in South Surrey, around Grandview Heights or Morgan Creek, lots tend to be flatter and newer, and the question is usually just where in an already-landscaped yard the tub fits best.
