Buying in Gibsons

Most Gibsons properties fall into one of two camps: a sloped view lot in Upper Gibsons or Hopkins Landing, or a flatter lot closer to the water down in Gibsons Landing. Either way, the question that actually matters is where the tub sits and whether that spot is level, not what kind of foundation it needs. An Eco Spa spreads its weight across a one-piece base, so a deck, a paver pad, or compacted gravel all work without pouring anything first.

The other thing to plan around here is the ferry. Since delivery comes over on the Langdale run, we build your delivery date around sailing times rather than promising a fixed number of days. Tell us your access, whether it is a driveway off a hillside road or a flatter approach near the water, and we will work the crossing and the placement into one confirmed plan before you put down a deposit.

Yes. We schedule delivery around the Langdale ferry sailing and confirm the date, the crossing, and your access details before your deposit is due, so there is no guessing about timing.

Will a hot tub work on a sloped Gibsons lot?

Often, yes, as long as there is one level spot to set it on. The one-piece base does not need a poured pad, so a built deck or a levelled gravel area on a hillside lot both work. Send us photos and we will tell you honestly if the spot needs any prep first.

How much does the coastal air affect the tub?

Not much. The HDPE shell does not absorb moisture or corrode the way metal fittings and porous shells can, so salt air off the harbour is not something you need to plan around.
