Buying in Castlegar

Castlegar's mix of riverside flats and hillside benches means access varies a lot from one property to the next. Some yards are wide open along the flats near the rivers, others are tighter lots up toward Kinnaird or Ootischenia. Send photos of your spot when you order and we will confirm the route works before delivery day.

Like the rest of the West Kootenay, Castlegar gets a real winter, and a lot of buyers here are replacing an aging acrylic tub that has already cracked from a few freeze-thaw cycles. The HDPE shell is the fix for that specific problem, not just a nicer-looking upgrade.
