Kootenays, BC
Steep streets above the Columbia River in the West Kootenay. Eco Spa hot tubs deliver to Trail from our BC showrooms.
Built for Trail
Trail climbs up from the Columbia River in a series of steep neighbourhoods, from East Trail and Glenmerry up to Sunningdale and West Trail. Flat backyards are the exception here, not the rule, and a lot of outdoor projects have to work around a slope.
That is exactly where the Eco Spa's small footprint and light overall weight help. It sits on a level section of deck, a retaining wall terrace, or a compact patio without the engineered pad a heavier acrylic tub would need on the same slope.
Winters here are cold enough to matter, and Red Mountain up the hill in Rossland sees real snow most of the season. The HDPE shell and R-40 cover are built for that kind of cold, not just for a mild coastal winter.

Local Notes
Trail's neighbourhoods sit at different elevations up the hillside, and access for anything delivered gets tighter the higher up you go, especially around Sunningdale and parts of Glenmerry. Send photos of your driveway and the spot you have in mind when you order, and we will confirm the route works before we schedule delivery.
A lot of Trail and Rossland households already deal with real snow load every winter, so the questions we get here are less about whether the tub will survive the cold and more about the cover holding up under actual accumulated snow. The 350 lb rating covers normal winter buildup, cleared the same way you would clear a deck railing.
In most cases, yes. Tell us the grade and width of your driveway or access route when you order, and we will confirm it works before scheduling a delivery date.
It is rated to 350 lbs, built to hold a season's worth of accumulated snow without an issue. Clear heavy buildup periodically, the same as you would on a deck, and it will hold up through a normal Kootenay winter.
No. Every Eco Spa runs on a standard 110V outlet out of the box, so there is no electrical work required before delivery. A 220V hardwire is an option you can add later if you want.
