Okanagan, BC
HDPE hot tubs built for hot dry summers and real winter cold snaps, delivered from our BC showrooms to Kelowna, Lake Country, and the Central Okanagan.
Built for Kelowna
Kelowna runs hot and dry through July and August, then drops into real freezing stretches by January. That swing is hard on a lot of outdoor gear, and it is hard on a traditional acrylic hot tub too, since acrylic on a wood frame can crack when it moves through repeated freeze and thaw.
The Eco Spa's HDPE shell is one solid piece, so there is no wood frame to warp and nothing porous to crack open when a January cold snap rolls through the valley. The R-40 hard cover holds heat even when a hard frost settles over the lake in midwinter.
Lake living here means decks, patios, and lakefront lots from Lower Mission to Glenmore to the Ellison bench. The Eco Spa's small footprint works on most of them without a rebuild, and the 110V start means you are not waiting on an electrician before you can use it.

Local Notes
Kelowna's growth means a lot of newer builds on smaller lots, especially around Glenmore, the Ellison bench, and up toward Black Mountain, alongside older lakefront properties with more room to work with down in the Mission. Either way, an Eco Spa's footprint is small enough to fit a side yard or a corner of a deck without redesigning the space around it.
The other local factor is the summer heat. Kelowna regularly sits in the low 30s Celsius for weeks at a time, and some owners worry a hot tub is pointless in that stretch. In practice most people just run it cooler in summer and let the R-40 cover do its job holding the temperature steady, then bring it back up for the cold months when it actually gets used the most.
Not much. With the hard cover on, smoke and ash mostly stay out of the water, and a rinse of the filter after a bad stretch is usually all it takes. If ash does get in while the tub is open, a filter clean and a quick check of the water balance normally sorts it out.
Yes, as long as the deck is rated for the added weight, which is lower than most people expect since there is no concrete pad involved. Send us the deck details and dimensions and we will confirm it works before you order.
