Buying in West Kelowna

Hillside lots are the defining feature of West Kelowna real estate, from Lakeview Heights down by the water up to the newer builds climbing Smith Creek and Glenrosa. Most of these lots have a flat-enough spot somewhere, a lower patio, a side yard, a deck landing, and that is usually all an Eco Spa needs.

Because a lot of West Kelowna's growth is recent, plenty of homes are still on a single 110V circuit out back rather than a dedicated 220V line. That is not a problem here. Every Eco Spa runs on a standard outlet from the start, so you are not paying an electrician before you have even used the tub once.

West Kelowna Questions

My backyard is on a slope. Can you still deliver here?

In most cases, yes. Send us photos of the access route and the spot you have in mind, and we will confirm before you order. The tub travels on a dolly and needs a route as wide as it is tall, which we can usually find even on a terraced lot.

Do I need a 220V line run to a hillside property?

No. Every Eco Spa ships wired for both 110V and 220V, so you plug into a standard outlet to start. A 220V hardwire is an optional upgrade later if you want faster heat recovery, not something you need before delivery.

How far out does delivery to West Kelowna get scheduled?

We deliver by route from our BC showrooms. Once you order, we set a delivery date and confirm your access details first, so there is no surprise on delivery day.
