The Top of the Range
The E6 Deluxe is the E6 shell with the jet count nearly doubled. Same 78" square footprint, same 35" depth, same 325 gallons, same 582 lbs dry. What the $2,000 buys is 34 jets instead of 21, a variable-speed pump, exterior lighting, the Aurora Lighting System that is exclusive to the Deluxe models, and Ecozone sanitation included rather than added.
It is the only model in the lineup that does not force the usual trade. Every other large tub, ours included, spreads a modest jet count across a lot of seats. This one puts 34 across 6 to 7 places, which is roughly five per person against the standard E6's three.
Who Should Actually Buy It
Someone who needs the capacity and is not willing to give up the therapy to get it. A household where four or more people are in the tub regularly, and where at least one of them is buying it for a back, a set of knees or a training load rather than for the view.
If capacity alone is the requirement, the E6 is $2,000 cheaper and structurally identical. If therapy alone is the requirement, the E5 Deluxe concentrates 35 jets on two seats for $2,500 less and takes up 10 fewer square feet. The E6 Deluxe is specifically for people who want both and are prepared to pay for the overlap.
Running It
325 gallons under an R-40 hard cover is a lot of thermal mass, which means the tub holds temperature well through a BC winter and takes a while to bring up from a cold fill. The variable-speed pump helps the ongoing number, since most of the time it runs low rather than flat out.
Expect roughly $10 to $40 a month in BC. On a tub carrying 34 jets, running 220V is the more satisfying setup, because the heater is not competing with the pumps for the same power budget. It ships wired for both, so this is a choice at install rather than at purchase. See 110V vs 220V.
Deck Load and Access
Filled with 7 adults, roughly 4,552 lbs over 42.2 square feet, about 108 lbs per square foot. Along with the E6 that is the highest in the range and it is a genuine question on any raised deck. On grade, gravel, pavers or a patio it needs no pad and no contractor.

What Every Model Shares
Worth restating, because it is the thing that does not change as you move up the range: the one-piece HDPE shell, the R-40 lifetime hard cover, the lifetime shell warranty, 5x filtration, no concrete pad and 110V/220V convertibility are identical on the $11,999 E1 and on this. You are buying jets, seats and lighting up the range, never durability.
